What’s My Therapy Style?
Therapy works best when it's a real conversation — not something done to you, but something we build together. As a person-centered therapist, I'll follow your lead on what matters most, while also bringing structure where it's useful.
My approach draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Internal Family Systems, blended with an emotion-focused, values-based lens. In practice, that means we'll spend time understanding the different parts of you — the ones that protect, the ones that struggle, the ones that want more — and get curious about what truly matters to you, so your life can move in that direction.
I'll check in regularly about what's landing and what isn't. This is your process, and open dialogue about what's helpful (and what's not) is part of the work.

I see therapy as a meaningful investment in your well-being, and I want the process itself to feel like one you can trust.
I'm a private-pay provider and don't participate with insurance panels. If you have out-of-network benefits, I'm happy to provide a monthly receipt you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement — just let me know.
